... At least I could only fine half of it! I decided to take the GTAx 550 out for a spin today. I got this detector for my mom for Christmas 07. She didn't use it much because of weight and being a bit complicated for her (she is 71 and it was her first detector). She liked my Silver uMax so much that I traded with her. Here's what the GTAx 550 did in about 3 hours at a tot lot I have hit in the past. The wife hunted for about an hour and a half with her ACE 250 so I will include her finds also. I'm also including a sampling of the trash we found. The iron on the right was found by the wife with her ACE. The square thingy looks like a huge buckle of some sort. Hey! No butterflies today! Here's the loot!

.........wow Diz, that is a bunch of digging. WTG. The 1/2 heart is a two piece "Best Friends" charm. Nice job!.... Jan
 
Nice haul !

I was just noticing the other day that our grocery store has a plastic jug for can tabs like the majority of the ones you found.
