I have the chance to buy a White's Surfmaster 2 Water detector with headphones,blue max 950 coil and cover for $235.00.Is this worth it??????????PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP.....THANKS

Its an older model for sure from what I read about it and it looks like the BeachHunter replaced it... Its a VLF machine so it won't be as deep as a PI but you will have some discrimination with it. Its your call.

Buy it!!!!!! i bought a whites DFX last year was 2 months old in the box on ebay..was 920.00 i picked it up at there home.... :grin:

Yeah there is a couple freshwater beaches within driving distance to me.I mainly want it to search in the rain so I don't ruin my Spectrum.But I will also use it in the water.
