What size strain relief do I need and where do I get them?

I am building a set of headphones for my exal ( I think they will be Peltors or Left Right MSA's .

I am looking for those black thread relief things.

Do you know what size I need for the headphone cable? Where would be the best place to get a half dozen?

Or would this type be better... It would go on the headphone end...

Either will work, but I like the heyco pigtail the best.
