hi olddog, welcome to the forum from Nova Scotia. i'd say study your book for that machine, set up a "test field" in your yard and practice with it and see what the machine tells you for the various metals you test it with. you might also find some good info for it up there in the "search" section of the forum.
anyway, good luck with it and happy hunting! :grin:

hi olddog i am in rock hill and i have wanted to go mding kings mountain but was warned by park ranger not to unless i wanted to spend the night at county anyways i am setting my equipment up hopefully by march will be out mding again if i am ever in Gaston county will let ya know.
