Ear pads replacment?

Hi guys,

I have the Z link. I love it. System work great! My headphones feel pretty good too. After hours of wearing them, my ears start to hurt. I need more pading that will keep my ears off plastic speakers. Is there a way or buy thicker headphone pads??
