Christmas gift made from silver spoon I found. Local Jeweler made it for me though I Wish I had the skills to do this myself. Merry Christmas everybody! My wife now says I can go metal detecting any time I want to.

That is a beautiful ring. well made. and from a find.. AWESOME!!!

We found a spoon ring in a house we use to own.
 
spoon and fork rings are so cool! nice work on that one.... I have about 5lbs of plated silver (bit harder to work, but can still make things with them) i'm going to mess with this winter.... nice jewelery piece!
 
I can see why your wife is letting you go out MDing more! What a great way to use an otherwise ruined silver spoon. Better than melting it, for sure. You did GOOD! : )
 
You are a very good boy, now get out of the house and go metal detecting. Dont forget the milk and eggs on your way home. You have 1 hour!
