Is this 3 cent piece a lamination error?

"lamination peel" I get scolded all the time. When the metal is missing it is called "lamination peel". If any loose metal is still there, then it's "lamination".

Either way....very nice.

Have no clue on value.

Thanks DirtyRob. If I were to put a thin blade of a knife on the broken edge it looks like I could peal up more of the top. It is not loose but it does look like 2 separate pieces.
