Found these close in area I know what the half reale is but the glass with the gold wafer back not sure of. Any help be great

I think I just said this on my very last post, but it does look like a lid to something. Your next to last picture shows, what looks to be, a small hinge and directly across is the fastener part. And I think it also may be from a woman's compact.

Looks like the decorative insert/screw cover for a bathtub faucet handle.
