Pulled this out of about 4" of soil at a local park. For reference, the oldest coin I have found there is a 1962 thus far.
The bristles/insert is plastic, but everything else feels like a decent metal. It has an intricate (stamped?) design. I'm thinking 1950's but that is just a wild guess. Everything I have searched for on the 'Net has resulted in other really cool stuff from the early 1900's.
Any ideas?
