Hello. Always been interested in the hobby, but was raised on a tropical island (not much to find, old wise, so not much support or intetest locally).
I moved temporarily to northern Utah, big culture shock. So now I thought I'd give it a try.

Welcome from your neighbor to the north. If you haven't lived in that culture, it can be a bit of a shock, but hang in there. There are lots of beautiful parks to see in the southern part of the state. Zion and Arches are my favorites. Enjoy the metal detecting.
