I have to start paying closer attention to my coin finds! I was going through my silver and separating my roseys from my mercs, and Barbers and Canadian. Then for fun I decided to look at the dates on my Barbers. One wasn't a Barber. Oldest Barber is a 1900. The spot I found them at was open as a public beach in 1909 so it was still in circulation. BUT, one of those Barbers turned out to be a seated liberty. 1873 to be exact. Only the 3rd seated I ever found with it being the second underwater.

A bunch of my silver rings have surprised me also. 1934 Chicago worlds fair, 1921 class ring, 1937 ring for something else. Also 4 military rings probably from WW2. Cleaning finds has been interesting.

Congrats, Scuba - another fun surprise! That's a nice collection of old silver coins, too. :D
