1879 Indian error? Tilted 1 ?

I found this Indian today, and as I was looking at it, the 1 in 1879 looked tilted... ? Is it tilted ? Is it an allusion ? Maybe it's normal... LOL... I haven't found anything online about a crooked 1..

Looks like an error to me. The 9 looks lower also.

1879 Indian pennies had a couple of die varieties, I think 5. I found one online with a repunched date that has a left leaning "one" and a dropped "nine" like yours!
