First three hours with the NOX 6

Got out this morning for the first time with my new Equinox 600. I know people are getting sick of hearing Nox this and Nox that...

Here’s my initial impression of this machine. Let me start by saying I’ve most recently been using a Garret AT Pro, as I sold my CTX 3030 quite some time ago. This machine is awesome!!! It is super fast and brutally honest, all in real time. I had to really slow my swing down to try and take in all it was telling me. So far, I love how easy it is to use. Turn it on, select a mode, noise cancel and go... I look forward to logging some hours with this thing. Thanks for looking and good luck out there y’all.

My last 4 hours on the beach combined with the Nox 600 got me naught but one pull tab and a large chunk of copper.. Must be that our beach season is so short and we're so poor that we don't tend to bring our jewelry to the beach.. and most people tend not to litter when they go out lest they be frowned at by other beach goers... I hope to have better luck in late summer / fall..

Yeah on the poor beach nothing compares to CA or FL where they drop stuff all year round and in huge numbers.
