I found this button a few months ago and im just getting around to cleaning it up and I am very pleased with the result. I thought it was going to be rough. Anyway Im 99% sure it is the Alberts NC16c variant. Im just curious to the value. I know this variant is fairly rare. It is not for sell by no means, this is the one Ive always wanted. It is also my first confederate anything. Thanks in advance. Sorry for the shadows.

Thanks calabash. Im down your way now, just around the corner in sunset. I've seen the stuff you've been posting and it's quite amazing, congrats to you as well. I hunt around here some and have made some great finds in Brunswick. This county is packed with history. The sunburst came out of bladen county though.

Using the latest North South Trader Price Guide, it says $300 excavated with shank, $75 without the shank. I have found a few of those, but never with a shank. Glad to see one. Super find.
