What's this is it a iron heater and dryer cast iron from 1800's?

I found this item on mid 1800's house site in the dump I believe it to be iron heater and dryer but don't know Forsure. This cast iron relic is supposed to have 4 legs on bottom but has 3 has oval type shape. What y'all think?
