in celebration of the new bankerster gold price I had my most epic hunt ever today.
To start the story off, yesterday I hit a new location. This place gets renourished regularly. Between high tide and low.tide was soft sand with bottle caps over a foot down. Walked up to the high tide line and found the under toe location and hammered the snot out of it. End result was 1 gold bracelet and 2 pt. Lots of hard work digging out signals with 6" of soupy sand sitting on top of fist sizes rocks
Today decided to hit the same general area and was rewarded with another bracelet. 1 scoop down not hiding in the rocks which was great. I almost didn't dig it because it wasn't . After no more targets I decided to walk to the low tide to relieve some pressure. By the time I got close to the low tide I could feel the sand change... hard sand, the kind that hurts your feet after a few hours. uh-oh.... 3 targets later the biggest find I've ever had. At long last a big necklace.
What then followed was a gold ring Easter hunt. 5 gold today, 1 watch, and a bunch of train money/silver.
Today total was 99g of 24k... melt value of 1 share of Facebook
