Time just keeps Slipping by ;)

swwwweeeeet hope its real congrats never the less i found a working timex this year but a rolex woooo hoooo !!!!

I owned that very watch (Rolex Stainless Submariner - probably model 16800) for nearly 30 years, and it does indeed appear to be genuine, BUT, there are also some very good "fakes" out there, so you never know.

It would be great if the OP would clean it up a bit and give us some additional pics and some details on the find. Also, removing the bracelet from the watch and taking some clear detailed pics between the ears, would also be very enlightening! A real Rolex will have the serial # on one end, and the model # on the other. I would love to see those two areas, but the band (bracelet) must be carefully removed.

Again, I wore that watch for nearly 30 years and it looks to be the real deal !!:yes:
