Default Modern bottle ID

Walked by an empty lot must be around 12 of these laying on the ground, plastic screw top so not old...but any idea ...I'm thinking around 1975??

Kept one because of the embossing.

Went back to look, 3 bags full of the same bottles around 15 or so.
