Where would you hunt?

So I’m looking for some advice on where you guys think a hotspot would be to hunt. I’m in Umatac bay, Guam. This is the first landing spot of Magellan and home for many Spanish settlers in the 1500s. The bay has some old ruins of a church, two Spanish forts, and a rocky beach. I would like to find a Spanish coin so I’m thinking about beach combing(safe spot not to piss off anybody). Should I start way out when the tide is out or were the original tide may have been? Here are some pics and what are your thoughts?
