Found this in an old part of Dallas today and can't seem to find it in Google. Anybody recognize it?

It's about the size of a US quarter.

I keep seeing a "U" instead of a "D" middle initial. Check the D in "Ted"...the two "D"s are odd to one another IMO even with assumtion the top of the middle D is worn off. It's likely my eyes. The pic in the link seems to agree with my analysis to me though.
