5 boxes of halves hunted and no silver, but still some interesting saves.....

28 NIFCs, 5 proofs (3 of them look like they just came out of the cellophane packing...71, 72, and 2006..and 2 others that obviously have seen better days, but still worth saving).

and a very nice 1986 Statue of Liberty Commemorative Proof half, really gemmy...pics of both sides of it.

Lastly, a fun coin....an early pic of Elvis as a kid! KT likes THE KING!:laughing:

Pics of all below....now you tell His Majesty was it worth a few hours to get these goodies??? Of course, KT would have liked some silver, but hey!...He got some nice 64 Kens earlier in the week so....

he gets the chance to hunt halves... he is lucky

Thanks, Glennz! KT has run through so many halves over the past 3 1/2 years, that sometimes when He has a silverless week, His Majesty just wonders if that weeks effort was worth it and worth posting...but KT realizes that very few have the opportunity to CRH as often and as many boxes as He does, and He is very happy to report the results to this community, just like reporting md finds whenever He gets to do that!:D

Seeing your hunts results fruitful or not, is worth it. What do you do with all your NIFC's though your majesty?

Just horde the NIFCs...its like a savings account...this year so far over $600 saved back! KT did luck out one time and traded 100 of them for 2 rolls of silver war nickels with another CRHer...so to some folks they are worth a bit over face. One of these years KT will run through all of them and make up some better sets of NIFCs...got a lot of proofs of those years too so together the sets might be worth a bit more...but that would be a LOT of work! all that sorting! HA HA

In my opinion, it's not a bust if you get some proofs. Nice finds. Really like the 86 commemorative too!
