I eyeballed it amongst a bunch of broken glass along a creek bank at work.. Roadside country bottle dump.. Uranium glass has a certain color, once you see it and know what it looks like, you can pick it out in a crowd of other junk..
I was thinking about braking it into a few pieces and using it to tumble clad, which eventually makes it into beach glass...

Vaseline glass. Popular in the 30's and later. When you shine a blacklight on it it GLOWS like crazy. Collectors carry small blacklights when antiquing to spot the stuff.
