Does your phone add-to or take-away from your real life?

I got a 6 year old flip phone. Texting is turned OFF. Can't send. Can't receive. I call my wife if I'm lost in a store. If I use over 5 minutes in a month, there was some kind of family crisis going on. What's the deal ? Personally, I don't have 50 people that I need to be in touch with, every time I pass gas. I just don't get it................

I have a I phone i think that's what it's called hardly ever use it. The wife has an old flip phone that she wouldn't even have if it weren't for work. She works two nursing homes and is on 24 hour day seven days a week call. She gets calls two or three times a night from one or the other. I'll be glad when she retires so I can get a good nights sleep.

My back-up phone is a cheap flip phone. I take it with me in case I ever have car trouble. It never gets used. i pay $20 every three months and it carries over. I have about $300 built up on it that I never use.
