I lost one of my headphone cushions

I have a Garrett set of headphones and I lost one of the cover/cushion things. they were very helpful, but said it was discontinued, I have had it about a year, anyone know where I can get a replacement? the newer ones are a little smaller. I am getting geared up for my biggest year ever(year 2

)

Can you make one out of some foam, maybe using the remaining one as a guide and glue it on??? I know it sounds cheezy, but I'd be more concerned with function vs beauty.
