Hit the same park I found that Philip V half Reale. More presicely, I followed a path out the back that went through the woods. Found a bunch of head stamps and a half a dozen or so musket balls. In the middle of the path, in some really rockey soil, I got a nice signal of 68 at 3.5 inches or so. Figured it was a wheatie. I love being wrong in situations like this. It was a much cooler 1738 KGII. This makes the third 18th century coin to come out of this property. And the last two were found consecutive hunts. I am so going to hit the rest of this place hard once the great die off finishes.

I am soaking it on olive oil currently. There is some good detail under the crud. All of the text and numbers are intact. Will update once it is cleaned up.
