Default 1865 III cent piece

Just curious of what this condition would be considered ? I am just getting where I am finding a fond interested in my older coins . I see what they look like on the net but in reality that doesn't always hold true. Any help would be appreciated.

vg-8 condition max, valued at $22 if a coin shop or coin dealer (like myself) was to sell it, ebay youd be looking at around 5-18 value.

The photo is a bit cloudy but it looks to me to grade G-VG and can be bought at a coin show for around $15.
