Smile Football Stadium 14K White Gold Ring 07/11

I detected a little league field and the football stadium of the high school sports complex I've been hunting the past 4 hunts. I decided to try the visitors side today. My total in clads for the two hunts was $8.03. The quarter stacks are (7 ) $1.00 , $.50 in quarters and 5 dimes. There also was 3 Lincoln memorial pennies. The great find was a really nice 14K white gold wedding band marked 14K Art Carved. The ring rang in a solid 12 on my Nox 600 in Park 1 and weighed 6.2 grams on my scale. I thought I was digging a nickel. Surprise, surprise. This is the second ring taken from this site. I had found a nice .925 Sterling ring the previous hunt. This sports complex is like the Ever-Ready bunny. It just keeps going and going. This is the best site thus far for this year. Not complaining !! I worked in my yard for a few hours and then went detecting. I guess I've been lucky lately??? I am having fun with this hobby.

That a nice score there! Gotta love those heavy plain bands, especially ArtCarved..they seem to easily slip off of people...
