Silver Colonial Shoe Buckle!! Im blown away!!

Amazing find! You're so lucky to find one undamaged with the complete frame. I've only found two shoe buckles with an applied silver finish. The first one was the complete frame, but it was bent out of shape and the second one was only 1/4 of a buckle frame! Never did find the rest of it...

A fitting resting place for it. Home museums = great for when the relatives and guests come over (Christmas parties, etc...). And especially rewarding when fellow hunters come over to visit, knowing the skill and history that evokes.
