How deep on average does the Garrett Propointer go particularly in grass or park like areas ?

For grass areas it gets about an 1'' to 2'', depending on the size of the object.

I have a DetectorPro pistol probe, check out some vids on YouTube. I can narrow down shallow hits before I even dig. A little more $ than the Garrett, a big time saver.
