what are these?

I found the first one and thought it was some buckle,later I had 2 other signals
nearby and found the other two. They are copper and reveted on the back side.
Any ideas? :?:

Were also used on the flap of purse or bag. Had a mating 1/4 turn brass fastener on the bag to keep the flap closed.

I think this is correct. I was thinking something electrical at first, then a fashion belt, but the bag flap-strap makes good sense to me.

Do not remember the brand but looks like what I found as a kid many years ago.
