Id say coronet head largie. I can almost see libertys bun on the right side (shes facing left) and i definitely see the wreath on the back.

Thanks for your reply, I was back in the same field, one row over and dug another copper right on the surface. But this one was not so hard to I.D. apprecitate the feed back!
1803 is what I think I see for a date.
