Default Tesoro

OK. I have a Compadre inbound as we speak and for the price, I won't get hurt on the purchase if it goes belly up. BUT........

I have run across a Tesoro Vaquero and was wondering if, with the company gone, it is worth a gamble. Can these be repaired by a knowledgeable shop and if so, who?
I'm not much of a digital fan by no means and while I've run into the detectors before I always thought they were old.

I don't know I the guys name but the website site is broken detectors .com. He has been working on Tesoro's for a couple years .Be prepared to do some digging if you get a vaquero as they are are usually a deep seeker.Good luck with the compadre
