Button with Eagle Anchor Cannonballs (Solved)

Dug this old military coat button today. Similar to Civil War style buttons, but a little different than the ones I found online. Hoping someone can help ID this variant. The back is completely crusted.

Your button is a fashion button. Navy buttons are the most copied of all. It would have likely been on a man's blazer. The iron back is the main give away.

Makes sense. Other similar designs I found were fashion copies. Wasn't sure about the iron backing. Thanks for the help.

I found a similar button today. Is this also a coat button or a military button?
