Hi,I'm 15 and joined the forums as I've been interested in detecting for awhile now.I'll be getting a Garret Ace 150 in a few weeks and will most likely lurk until then to better my knowledge of the hobby,Thanks.

Welcome aboard!! You will learn a lot from this group. I sure did. They are a great bunch of folks. One thing on here that I would encourage you on is don't be afraid to ask questions. You'll get the answers somehow.

You'll like the 150. Great starter machine.

Well said mate & welcome aboard! I'm new to MD'ing as well. There is alot of great info here on these forums. Once you get your Ace 150, share some pics of what goodies you unearth..
