Has this happened to anyone else, and how can i go about having it replaced by garret?

Not sure what 'this' is but I sent mine back just a while ago. I called and got a ticket put in and shipped it out. It was replaced and I can't be happier with the process.

I looks like it is missing and I don't think Garrett will help you on that

Want to elaborate n "this"..
Was there supposed to be a picture?
Mine has been badly falsing. I know it needs to go in.
Out of warranty i know but three uses total! and now it's always falsing no matter what I do. Love garrett gear just think I got one not quite right.
Work has kept me hostage i didn't even think about it in a year but I know wonder what repair/vs replacement cost would be
