How to properly use the sensitive ? Seen a video on how you should turn it down in trashy areas? True or false? And is there any tip on using it?

False.
Only turn it down to achieve a stable running machine.
And sweep at a rate of about 16"/sec. Too fast, and you'll cause false responses, making the machine seem unstable.

So how does it work, how do you adjust the sensitivity , what does ground balancing Do?what does it mean when the number jumps back fourth? I know most of my coins, but when it comes to rings đź’Ť,not to sure like gold. Found one it came up a sold 8 at a mid tone. And know silver is in the 42 and up. At higher tone.

To adequately answer all of your questions would require writing a small book.
Since Randy Horton has already written an excellent book that has all of that info (and more), and since his book is available absolutely FREE, I highly recommend that you download it to refer to whenever you have a question.

The book is titled "Understanding Your X-Terra", and you can DL it here.

+1 This book is a must read, I read it a few times when I first got my X-terra and there is a ton of good info there.

What Longhair said. I downloaded the book on my phone and use it at times while hunting. I really like the section about what your missing when not digging certain TIDs.
