I recently purchased a used F44 from a guy. The detector appears to be in perfect conditions but I am having all sorts of issues with chatter. Ive spent quite a bit of time messing around with the sensitivity and the ground balance but still get all sorts of chatter, especially if the coil touches the ground. I have even tried taking the detector to different properties to see if the different areas made a difference but have had no luck. Im wondering if anyone else with an F44 would be able to give me some suggestions? Thanks.
