Default Silver #17 fty...semi key quarter!

Got out this evening and hunted a couple yards that are adjacent, one house was built in 1880 and the other built in 1900. Had really high hopes but as it goes with this hobby, both appear to have been hit pretty hard in the past. Did manage my 17th silver for the year, and it turns out it's a semi key too. It is a 1940 D Washington quarter. Also got an American hero's Buffalo Bill play coin, did some research and it came from a box of gum in the 40s. Also snagged 5 more Wheaties. The lady that lived in the 1900 house also owns another house around the corner from these two, built in 1912 and she said go ahead and hit it. So probably tomorrow i will be there.
