Am I late with this new PI

$2,995 msrp... looks like a rebadged Recon... which I can get on ebay for $500... better be some improved electronics in that bad boy.
 
So I hear a new Fisher machine is coming out soon...

I guess Garrett is targeting the GPX with this machine... which is good for nugget hunters (if it can compete with the GPX sensitivity), but as a beach hunter a PI is used only in certain conditions, and $2500 for a niche machine isn't worth it...

Its my opinion that after ML started producing these high priced machines and other manufacturers saw them selling they may want a piece of that high profit margin :) I didn't expect that high a price... too rich for my blood but it will most likely sell...
 
I guess It'd take a full day to clear a 20x20 area in a trashy beach with a detector that sensitive lol

Nice design though, I admit it, easy to carry, switchable coils and did they just bought the rights of the detecting buddy harness? :?: :lol:
