Looking for club in Van Wert, Ohio area

I live in Van Wert county. I am looking for a club in my area. I'm about a half hour from Fort Wayne, IN and 30-45 mins from Lima, Ohio. I would like to have some info on the clubs in these areas.(websites,addresses,etc.)
