Great Garrett Customer Service!

I was having some problems with my Carrot so I called Garrett service department, explained the problem and mailed it in. Garrett replaced the actuator assembly, cleaned it up and mailed it back in 10 days with no charge. Thanks to Garrett for the quick turn service!

Yes, they have great customer service. I love the ProPointer so much that I have a back-up for my back-up. I'm not detecting without one. Period

I have 3 "Carrots" and just sent the second one in for repair. I use mine hard and wore right through the tip. Also returned to me in like new shape complete with new housing all within 10 days also. They have always been polite and professional and stand behind thier product 100%.
 
Yeah, my first propointer went out, and was out of warranty...they replaced it for free... cant beat that!
