10 K diamond ring

Dug this 14 K ring with a diamond a few years back. Thought I'd post it as several people have said they were not sure they put diamonds in less thasn 14 K. I had the jeweler check with the electronic thingy to verify that it was a diamond. When the holidays roll around you can also see some 10 K pieces with diamonds for sale in the ads. I know that made you happy to have it tested as a diamond. When I had my ring tested, that i found last week - the "electronic thingy" said NO DICE.
