Not near you and few detectorists will voluntarily give away good hunting sites so I'll make a few suggestions.

First of all, find places where people currently go in large numbers or places where they used to.

Schools, playgrounds, fairgrounds, parks, concert grounds, etc are good places to start. Christmas tree lots, fireworks stands., produce stands ( when closed).

But your best bet is to do like all new insurance and car salesmen do.... ask your friends and family. Go to your neighbors. Anywhere you can get your foot in the door.

I am a little too far from you in Buford, but take the advice that was given as far as finding hunting spots. To date those have all worked for me. I've been at it about a year so I am facing the same struggles as you.
