Got these this morning at a camp/ settlement in the hills, one is a door lock, or lock for something, the strip with the round piece I need help with and the band with arrow split I need help with also......

The knife is just to prop it up....

The item on the left is a window sash tension spring. It is nailed to a window between the sash and jamb to put enough tension on the sash to make it stay up when open.

The ring shaped item could be either a child's bracelet (minus the part that goes over the join) or a napkin ring. My money's on napkin ring.

the split ring goes on the ends (hubs) of electric motors to increase the diameter to fit assorted motor mounts, especially GE brand mounts, usually in the heating and cooling industry, (I worked in it for 20 years).
