Loss Of A Good Friend and Companion.

Yesterday I lost a very good Friend to that dreaded C word cancer. She was always ready to jump into the truck to go on an adventure MD'ing with me. On days she she could not go, she would wait patiently by the front door for my arrival.

She was loved and will be very much missed

My St Bernard "Bruno" died in my arms after suffering a stroke in 2002. I can feel your pain. I havent owned a dog since. Hurts when your best "friend" passes away.....................

I know exactly how you feel. Our dog was 14 years old when he passed. We are still saddened by it.

I really think there is a special place in heaven for our friends.

Thats very sad Digenes. I too know what it's like to lose a much loved pet.
It takes a long time to get over it.
