Negative. I went to the county assessors office to grab all the info I could on the house and property.
To my disappointment their records only go back to 1976, even though they did have a picture of the house that was taken in 1959. The house looked really nice in 1959, but then deteriorated till 1978 when it changed owners, and the new owner fixed it up. Then it deteriorated till we bought it.
The record says the house was built approx. 1905, and the blacksmith shop was removed in 1978.
