Hit the woods this morning to try and find some old coins. Only found 1 silver quarter and a silver ring there so I decided to try out one of the local swimming holes. Targets were few as this place gets hunted by others but nobody gets everything as is evidenced by the super light 14k cross(1.9g) and the little silver toe ring. So for me that's 6 gold so far this year, which isn't bad for the areas I hit. Found a couple junker rings and a few junky type earrings also. Water is still freakin cold though, and a nice little breeze didn't help matters, but around these parts a man has to do what a man has to do
