It looks just like them so it most likely is, but with that being said I’m still kinda not sure because on the back it doesn’t look like it would hold a rod and the material seems to be thinner than your usual curtain tie backs. I feel it’s either a curtain tie back or some kind of pin/decorative piece. Thanks again I will be using this site for some more of my unknown finds in the future.
