Trying to figure out the maker of this pocket knife

Found it where ive been finding a few wheaties from the 20s thought it was a big hunk of metal till i rinsed it off! Its got a little metal diamond shape on the wood if that helps cant tell if there was anything written on it and dont want to do anymore damage. Thanks guys!!
