I had a small issue with my ProPointer and Garrett stood 100% behind their product. I just got off the phone with them and the technician spent awhile with me in an attempt to solve the problem but we were unable to solve the problem over the phone and they were quick to advise me that they would cover it under warrantee. I was not happy I had an issue but I am realistic enough to understand that we use electronic devices that can have issues; encountering a company that believes in the good old fashioned way of doing business is refreshing and wins my support every time. When a company does the right thing they should be recognized and I wanted to share my positive experience.
